JLQB TRACKMAN SESSION FOR TEAMS

JLQB Trackman Team Sessions are designed to focus on three main areas:

1. Give coaching staffs objective, measurable feedback on every throw from each of their quarterbacks to understand their strengths and weaknesses.

2. Measure QBs current velocity, consistency, and overall ball flight; then make corrections where necessary.

3. Teach QBs what each type of throw feels like so they can develop a repeatable stroke that coaches can utilize to teach in installs, and refer to during the season to ensure each route is thrown the correct way.

With data from youth, high school, college, and pro QBs, we are able to guide your QBs on the right way to throw every route on the field. Every route in your playbook requires a specific trajectory, timing, and ball speed. With Trackman and JLQB, that standard is no longer subjective - every throw is tracked from release to arrival, giving your staff clear feedback on how the ball is actually performing.

Instead of relying on vague cues like “1, 2, or 3 ball,” we can define, rep, and coach each throw with exact parameters and instant video feedback, so your QBs understand exactly what’s expected for each route.

HOW THIS HELPS YOUR INSTALLS:

Traditional installs rely heavily on feel. Each QB and each coach interprets throws differently, receivers adjust on the fly, and coaches end up repeating the same corrections over and over. One QBs "1 Ball" may be 45MPH with 10 feet of Apex Height, while the other QBs is 36 MPH with 15 feet of Apex Height. These discrepancies cost your team completions, which costs touchdowns, which costs wins, which costs jobs. Point. Blank. Period. With JLQB and Trackman, you don't have to rely on vague descriptions of throws. We can ensure all of your QBs understand the exact throw that is needed for each route/play.

With Trackman, each route is tied to a defined ball flight profile - specific trajectory, timing, and velocity. As your QBs work through installs, every will have a baseline understanding of what type of throw is needed from them.

This allows you to:

  • Set a clear, objective expectation for each route

  • Cut down on repeated verbal coaching

  • Get QBs and receivers on the same page faster

  • Spend more time progressing the offense instead of fixing the same issues

Instead of feeling your way through installs, your QBs can see it, measure it, and adjust in real time. This leads to cleaner installs, more consistent ball placement, and the thing we all care most about, WINS.
