JLQB Trackman Private Lessons are 1-on-1 quarterback sessions designed to give you objective, measurable feedback on every throw so you can understand exactly what your ball is doing and how to improve it.
In each session, we focus on three main areas:
-
Identify your strengths and weaknesses by tracking every throw from release to arrival.
-
Measure your velocity, consistency, and overall ball flight, then make real-time corrections.
-
Teach you what each type of throw should actually feel like so you can build a repeatable, efficient motion.
With data from youth, high school, college, and pro QBs, we’re able to show you the right way to throw every route on the field. Every route requires a specific trajectory, timing, and ball speed - and with Trackman, we can hone in on the exact feel of each one to make you more confident and consistent.
Every throw is tracked through its full ball flight and paired with video, giving you immediate feedback on how the ball is performing.
Instead of relying on vague cues like “1, 2, or 3 ball,” we can define, rep, and coach each throw with exact parameters so you understand exactly what’s expected and can consistently execute it.
In a private setting, this allows us to slow everything down, clean up mechanics, and dial in the feel of each throw so it shows up naturally in group work, practice, and games.
The goal is simple: eliminate guesswork, build a repeatable stroke, and give you a clear understanding of how to throw every route the right way.
What to Expect
-
Identify inconsistencies in trajectory, timing, and ball flight
-
Learn the correct shape and speed for each route
-
Side-by-side reps to build repeatable, efficient mechanics
Why It Matters
Most quarterbacks and QB coaches train off of feel.
With Trackman, we train efficient mechanics and back it up with hard data so you can fix issues faster and build real consistency without the guesswork.
Limited Availability
Trackman sessions are limited each week due to setup and session structure.
