The JLQB 8-Week Quarterback Development Program is a complete training experience designed to help quarterbacks master every detail of their craft — from mechanics and decision-making to leadership and football IQ. Built and coached by 5-Year NFL Quarterback Jake Luton, the program mirrors the structure and preparation of a professional offseason, giving athletes the tools to play the position at a higher level.

Each week combines private instruction, small-group semi-private sessions, Virtual QB School, and personalized consulting. The focus is on growth that translates — improving footwork, accuracy, throwing rhythm, and confidence under pressure. Quarterbacks learn how to operate within real offensive concepts, manage tempo, and control drives with command and poise.

Through film breakdown and weekly classroom work, athletes learn how to process defenses, recognize coverage rotations, and anticipate windows — the exact habits that make quarterbacks stand out to coaches and recruiters at the next level. Every session builds toward measurable improvement, helping QBs not only perform better on game day but also look and carry themselves like the complete quarterbacks programs want to lead their teams.

Weekly Private LESSON

One-on-one instruction focused on refining mechanics, improving footwork, and developing a deeper understanding of quarterback play. Each session is tailored to the athlete’s individual needs to ensure consistent growth and measurable progress week after week.

WEEKLY Semi-Private Session

These semi-private sessions maximize reps, competition, and personalized coaching. Quarterbacks train in small groups to sharpen mechanics, timing, and footwork within real offensive concepts. Each session focuses on accuracy, anticipation, and pocket movement — helping QBs translate fundamentals into game-speed execution in a high-energy, competitive setting.

WEEKLY VIRTUAL QB SCHOOL

Online classroom-style sessions designed to strengthen each quarterback’s football IQ. Athletes study film, learn defensive recognition, coverage concepts, and situational decision-making — gaining the mental edge needed to play faster and smarter on the field.

LEARN A COLLEGE/NFL STYLE PLAYBOOK

Players will learn, study, and execute concepts drawn directly from collegiate and professional offensive systems. This approach teaches players how to operate with the structure and terminology used at the next level — preparing them for college and beyond.

FULL YEAR CONSULTING

Year-round mentorship and consulting designed to guide quarterbacks through every phase of their development. Athletes receive continuous access to personalized guidance, and strategic planning to maximize growth and exposure throughout the entire 2025 season.

DATA DRIVEN VIDEO tracking

Every athlete’s sessions are filmed, analyzed, and tracked over time to measure real improvement. Using detailed video breakdowns and measurable data points, players can see exactly how their mechanics, timing, and performance evolve throughout the program.

ELIgIBILITY

This program is designed for players 8th grade and older who are ready to commit to advanced training. Younger athletes may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
